If a horse has a high 'In the Money' percentage (e.g., in the high 80s) AND is heavily wagered on, it suggests the horse is coming off a very tough previous race. While it may have posted impressive performance numbers, this situation could make the horse's ability to maintain that form in the current race QUESTIONABLE.
