Final Output Description

The final table identifies the four strongest contenders in the race by combining pace figures, recent speed performance, class level, and race pace dynamics.

Each horse line shows:

  • its overall performance score,

  • early and late pace ability,

  • a composite rating (A) used for final ranking, and

  • a Balanced Speed Rating (BSR) that adjusts past speed figures to today’s class level.

The header also shows the projected pace shape of the race (number of speed horses) and any run-style bias if present.

Overall, the table quickly highlights:

  • the most competitive horses,

  • how the race pace is likely to unfold, and

  • which horses have the best recent class-adjusted speed performances.
